Anxiety’s experience of Time is how to have a really crappy day.

Anxiety’s relationship with Time is about not experiencing your life as it is today.

Anxiety

I wish I had done this when I was younger.

I want to be already good at the thing that I’m doing.

Regardless of the reason you got there, all you can do is change your relationship with Time.

Process

The opportunity here is to look at Time as a Process.

Process’s relationship with Time is based in Reality and Curiosity.

Wow, look at what I’m learning today!

Wow, I didn’t know I could do that!?

Wow, I didn’t know that!? And now I do.

Wow, I’m creating this now! (emphasis on ‘this’ ala Chandler Bing)

Working in the Arts Club Actor’s Intensive Program over the past 3.5 weeks, I have asked myself, “What have I learned? How have I changed?”

I’m actively gathering the rewards of my efforts because I want to live in the present moment.

Plus, I’ve been working darn hard at my craft and that’s what brings me joy!

Taking control of my life involves not controlling the future.

I leave that open to the Universe. I’ve got enough fun and enjoyable things to deal with that I can’t do everyone’s job.

The future is way above my pay grade. Do you agree?
