Meditation is the moment you take to separate from the concept of you and the true YOU.

Concept: experiences and the meaning you make of them, beliefs.

True YOU: soul, your spirit.

Separation reminds you that you’re a soul, a spirit. 

Remembering helps you because the world romances your soul. It can fool you into believing all the meaning that you make.

Anything that helps me to remember I am a spirit inside a human experiencing being in this world is a good thing.

It allows me to play.
